1. What information should I bring to Tax Nation?

Make sure to bring the following materials that apply to you: 

  • Wage statements (Form W-2) 
  • Pension or retirement income (Forms 1099-R) 
  • Social Security card(s)

  • Dependents' Social Security numbers and dates of birth 
  • Last year's tax return 
  • Information on education expenses

  • Lottery and/or gambling winnings and losses 
  • Social Security and/or unemployment income 
  • Income and expenses from rentals 
  • Alimony paid or received 
  • Record of purchase or sale of real estate

2. Do you stand behind your work?

When you pay for tax preparation at Tax Nation, you are automatically covered under our Audit Shield Program. 

The Audit Shield program entitles you to reimbursement of any penalties or interest fees charged by the IRS if a Tax Nation specialist made a mistake completing your tax return.

3. What is the "Refer a Friend" program?

You will receive $50.00 cash reward when 2 of your friends use Tax Nation.  There is no limit to the number of friends that you can refer.
